Clarke Associates normally work from within client's offices to a closely defined brief prepared as a joint effort between the client and the consultancy. The firm seeks situations determined by the brief and advises on opportunities which arise, generally providing fulfillment and/or facilitation to enable the client to capitalise upon those opportunities. In short: THE FIRM ENDEAVORS TO MAKE OPPORTUNITIES BECOME REALITIES Working from within, reporting to the Chairman or C.E.O., has led to client's indications that an 'even handed' member of the team who can voice opinions objectively is useful in that it provides access to senior management talent without involvement in internal politic. Several Chairmen have indicated that the provision of a 'strategic executive assistant' has clarified and accelerated the expansion process. The firm's objective is to become a part of the client team during the course of a commission. The firm has many contacts throughout the U.S.A., Europe and the Far East who provide on-going information on the status of local markets. Clarke Associates use the information to locate opportunities which would otherwise be unavailable. |
