Clarke Associates has also successfully undertaken to 'Manage Change' post acquisition acting as a cohesive link between acquirer and vendor, especially in the international arena. The firm has also assisted clients with international start-ups some of which were specifically for the provision of service to a significant multi-national or global client others as part of the expansion process. Clarke has been responsible for introducing new accounts to clients, has recruited people and teams who have brought accounts with them and, of course, has located and completed suitable acquisitions both in the United States, Europe and the Far East. The firm has advised many businesses across Europe and the United States spending significant periods of time with some clients.
